After you set up Athenian, you need to start a rollout/integration process throughout your organization.
You want to kickstart this process by meeting with your managers to explain why and how you plan to use Athenian. This is the first step to ensuring you are there to support them through the journey.
The high-level steps at this stage are:
Put an improvement process in place;
Once your managers understand why you're introducing Athenian into the organization, you should pick one or two teams and bring them on board. Then, try to define concrete goals with these teams and consistently follow up to check on progress.
